Summary of Standard Refund Policy:

  • The Levalla Guarantee awards a free transit warranty to every purchase
  • Refunds are accepted for 14 days, for faulty or damaged products only
  • Due to the size and weight of our items, please do not return your item via post. As long as there is proof of damage or faultiness, we will refund you.
  • Misunderstandings of what a product is/is used for will not be refunded
  • To start your refund, email support@levalla.com
  • Customer must provide video and photo proof of damage on arrival
  • You will not be charged a restocking fee
  • Items that you damaged are  not accepted
  • Our product range is for sale in the USA ONLY. If somehow, you the customer have circumvented this and tried to ship elsewhere, we cannot issue you a refund
  • You will be reimbursed via your original payment method, within 10 days of the refund being approved
  • Levalla reserves the right to refuse part of and/or all of a refund should we determine foul-play or any otherwise fraudulent request for a refund

 

Summary of Additional Wholesale Refund Policy:

  • The Standard Refund Policy still applies to wholesale contracts
  • Please order a sample, as wholesale contracts are non-refundable
  • Due to the nature of wholesale contracts, we require more rigorous proof of damage on arrival than for consumer refunds
  • Should an item or multiple items be faulty or damaged, we will replace the items until we fulfil our contractual obligations to your party
  • Levalla reserves the right to refuse part of and/or all of a refund should we determine foul-play or any otherwise fraudulent request for a refund

Full Standard Refund Policy:

At Levalla, we go the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

We know sometimes things don't go to plan, so that's why we offer you our transit warranty on the house – a full refund should your piece be damaged on it's way to you

We have a 14-day refund policy for faulty or items damaged in transit, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing us at support@levalla.com. Don't worry if you send a last minute request that isn't approved until after 14 days – as long as the request was submitted before the 14-day cutoff, you will keep your entitlements.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll also need video and photo evidence of the damage/fault on arrival.

Due to the size and weight of our items, please do not return your item via post. As long as there is proof of damage or faultiness within the 14-day period, we will refund you. For this reason we do not do exchanges, either.

If you misunderstood what a product is, or what the product is used for, we will not be able to refund you. All dimensions of our products are displayed clearly on the product pages.

To start your refund, please email support@levalla.com. This is the only accepted method to request a refund, as we will need to verify the cause of the refund before accepting it. Please provide us with your video and photographic evidence of the faulty/damaged product at the point of delivery in your message.

You will not be charged a restocking fee or admin fee.

Items that you damaged are not eligible for refunds.

Our product range is for sale in the continental United States of America only. This means we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, or other US territories. If you have somehow circumvented this and tried to ship outside of the continental USA, we cannot issue you a refund. 

You will be reimbursed via your original payment method, within 10 days of the refund being approved. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@levalla.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    The Levalla Guarantee applies also to wholesale contracts, as does the entire standard refund policy

    Please order a sample, as wholesale contracts are non-refundable.

    Due to the nature of wholesale contracts, we require more rigorous proof of damage on arrival. This necessitates clear video evidence at point of delivery and during unpacking, with photographic evidence providing only a supplementary role. 

    Should an item or multiple items be faulty or damaged, we will replace the items until we fulfil our contractual obligations to your party. This means if you order 1000 pieces, and 2 are broken, we will send you two replacement pieces free of charge.
